Welcome to Southern Hills United Methodist Church! Thank you for taking the time to visit our website. We are a vibrant congregation that loves the Lord and finds joy in serving our community. Growing our faith at all ages is at our core! Our Mission Statement, “Making Disciples and Making a Difference” is more than a slogan to us. As you look around, we also encourage you to join us for our church services in person or online. We have a traditional service at 8:30 am, and a contemporary service at 10:30 am. View live streaming services through the WATCH tab. In between services we offer Sunday School for all ages. At Southern Hills church we have defined some core values that represent who we are as a church: Welcoming- We value creating a place of belonging for every individual by embracing all as part of our church family. Connectional Community- We value developing relationships as a community of believers who walk through life together, supporting one another, and growing deep in our faith through prayer and service to each other. Youth- We value building a foundation of faith in the hearts of young people where they feel safe in growing their relationship with their Savior, and each other, and developing a heart to serve. Community Outreach- We value sharing God’s love by serving others through our words and actions. It is our prayer that you would know how much you are loved by Jesus. As you get to know us, what you will find, is we are not just a church in a neighborhood, but a neighborhood church. We love being active in the community of Sioux Falls reaching one more for Jesus!
